Our client is a leading Irish Plc with a global presence. They are looking for a Recently Qualified Financial Accountant to join their Dublin based Group Finance team on a permanent basis. They offer flexible hybrid working.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This broad role provides an excellent opportunity to develop one’s Financial Accounting and Analysis in a Plc environment.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and review of the Consolidated Financial Statements and Annual Report;
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly budgets and forecasts;
- Performance of regular KPI analysis;
- Address external and internal audit queries as they arise;
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders;
- On-going process improvement and ad-hoc projects as they arise.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Newly Qualified accounting professional;
- Big 4 or Top 10 practice trained;
- Strong academic record;
- Group/Consolidation experience preferred;
- Excellent communication and report writing skills;
- Self-starter who is motivated, innovative and ambitious;
- Solid working knowledge of Excel.
