This is a strategic role for the business which has been newly created to support the continued growth of the global business. As Group head of tax, you will lead a strong and growing tax client services team present across multiple jurisdictions. You will develop a growth strategy for the tax client services team and play a truly transformational role in developing business operations. You will also have the opportunity to lead and influence broader group wide strategic initiatives.
About the person
You will be a qualified tax professional with significant leadership qualities, ideally with a tax specialism developed within another financial services industry or within practice.
A commercially minded individual with exceptional communication skills. People management and influencing skills are extremely important as you play a hands-on role in transforming and developing the tax services team across the group, gaining exposure across all business units.
