ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and driving project success. This will be achieved through effective client engagement, meticulous project planning, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. The Implementation Consultant will lead the development and execution of strategies designed to optimize the value of the software for clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their unique business needs and implementation requirements, leading discovery sessions and workshops with confidence.
- Develop detailed implementation project plans, timelines, and budget estimates to ensure successful project delivery.
- Configure software solutions tailored to client specifications and industry best practices, validating system functionality through thorough testing.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and create comprehensive user documentation to equip client personnel with the necessary skills to utilize new systems effectively.
- Provide hands-on support during the go-live phase, addressing any issues that arise post-implementation to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collect and analyze client feedback after implementation to drive continuous improvement in the implementation process.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- 5-6 years of experience in a consulting role focused on software implementation or project management, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Experience working in a client-facing capacity within a startup or technology solutions provider, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships and drive client success.
- Strong commercial acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and the confidence to present ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and methodologies, with familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other relevant software platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and success in project delivery
