ABOUT THE COMPANY

Barden is working with a well-known, Irish financial services and fintech group who is currently expanding its legal team in Kerry. This company is known to be an excellent employer.

Candidates who are based in other areas will also be considered for the role on a case by case basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, high-performing and innovative in-house legal team who handle a range of matters across the Group. It is anticipated that this role will have a particular focus on commercial contracts and corporate transactions.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

Qualified solicitor or barrister eligible to practice within Ireland
Ideally, 1- 2 years’ PQE in a top tier law firm, in-house or alternatively in a firm with a strong commercial client base
Ideally will have significant experience working on corporate transactions and commercial contracts
