ABOUT THE COMPANY
Barden is working with a well-known healthcare provider who is seeking a solicitor to join its legal team. A hugely business facing role, the successful candidate will sit within their relevant business unit, working very independently alongside the stakeholders.
The business and the Legal team in particular is very friendly, enjoys an excellent work life balance, and only requires one day a week onsite in Dublin (Wednesdays).
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will have broad responsibilities including:
- Drafting and reviewing, a wide range of commercial contracts
- Provision of advice relating to various aspects of digital and technology law as well as data protection advice
- Participating in projects and advising on the legal issues arising
- Provision of legal advice on day to day matters and various projects as they arise
- General in-house advisory to include litigation and dispute resolution, employment, data protection, property and procurement related advices
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland, with 2+ years post qualification experience in a top or mid-tier law firm;
- Specific experience in drafting commercial contracts, although candidates may come from a wide range of areas such as corporate, commercial, banking & finance, commercial property, etc;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with other members of the legal team and cross functional teams on organisational projects, but equally very comfortable and happy working very autonomously.
