An opportunity for an Indirect Tax Manager to join the European function of a global multinational based in South Dublin.

You will be responsible for managing the European Indirect Tax function supporting advisory, tax controversy and compliance needs.

Ideally this will suit a tax qualified tax professional with demonstrated experience managing an indirect tax function.

Hybrid working arrangements with an option to work from home 2 days a week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Review indirect tax computations and ensure accurate and timely filings.
Support internal and external auditors.
Advise internal stakeholders on indirect tax matters, engaging external advisors where necessary.
Maintain an awareness of the external landscape and communicate changes with the wider business to ensure compliance with tax law.

ABOUT THE PERSON

At least seven years indirect tax experience.
Tax and accounting qualification essential.
People management experience advantageous.
A strong knowledge of the international indirect tax landscape.
Ability to work on own initiative with strong attention to detail.
A natural problem solver with strong analytical and technical skills.
