Here in Barden, we are proud to be working with a thriving Irish Engineering business to help them identify a Junior Accounts Assistant.

It is an exciting time to be joining this rapidly expanding business. They are seeking someone who can adapt and evolve with the business as they go through this phase of massive growth.

Working as part of a close knit finance team, this is a dynamic role that provides exposure to all areas of the business and offers great potential for professional development.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Assist finance department with day-to-day operations such as data processing, AP/AR, payroll, and financial analysis.
Aid in revenue computations and returns
Assist preparation of management accounts
Manage supplier and bank account records.
Collaborate closely with Financial Controller on various financial duties.
Assist with customer invoicing, statement production, and payment collection.
Manage and maintain HR documentation

ABOUT THE PERSON:

1-2 years relevant experience
Proficient I.T Skills
Keen eye for detail
Proactive and takes initiative
