Barden has been exclusively engaged by a global company in the pharmaceutical sector looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join the legal team in their South Dublin offices.

This position will offer excellent work-life balance and people in the team are not expected to work outside of core working hours.

THE ROLE

This is a true generalist “no day is the same” kind of position, with a slight emphasis on commercial contracts but covering a wide range of other legal matters at an international level, including M&A, corporate matters, employment law, insurance and banking matters, IP, commercial property, general legal queries from the business, etc.

THE PERSON

The role will fit a qualified Lawyer with excellent commercial experience and circa 3-5 years’ PQE, although the company is happy to consider a slightly more junior or more senior candidate with the right experience, particularly in commercial contracts.
