The successful person will play a crucial role in supporting our life insurance and pensions operations by accurately processing policies, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is an onsite position in the heart of Cork City, offering flexibility in working hours as an option.. Plus, enjoy the convenience of onsite parking!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Process new life insurance and pension policies accurately and efficiently.
- Manage policyholder accounts, including updates to personal information, beneficiaries, and coverage details.
- Handle policyholder inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment through communication and collaboration.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Previous experience in life insurance, pensions, or financial services administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Upholding confidentiality and maintaining trust with policyholders.
