Barden are delighted to be working with a growing MGA in the search for an experienced underwriter to join their growing Motor Fleet team in Dublin.
Reporting into the Motor Fleet Manager, you will be joining a small and dynamic team, focusing on new business and responsible for managing new and renewal policies for the business.

Your day-to-day will revolve around the company’s internal underwriting system, providing support and guidance to brokers and partners, and managing any new/renewal policies and relevant queries therein.
If you are someone with any of the below, this might be for you.
- A background in underwriting (motor fleet desirable),
- A CIP qualification or working towards the same,
- A desire to succeed and progress in your insurance career.
Office is based in the city-centre, hybrid working (2 days a week in the office).
