Barden are delighted to partner with a Global Financial Organisation in their search for an Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Manager to join their Information Security function.
Reporting to the CISO, you will work to establish and develop robust resilience strategies across the organisation’s international entities. As this is a new role, you can put your own stamp on ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining business continuity.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Develop and implement frameworks for Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Management.
- Ensure compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act and other regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage risks.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Experience with Operational Resilience and ISO22301 standards.
- Knowledge and understanding of business resilience regulations.
- Technical experience in test planning and execution.
