ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Responsible for both internal and external monthly reporting
- Support Budgeting & Forecasting
- Business Partnering - Collaborate closely with core teams, ensuring their needs are met regarding management information and helping them understand key performance metrics.
- Oversight of Standard Costing
- Assist Management Accounting, including reconciling balance sheets, performing analytical reviews, and contributing to reporting.
- Supporting auditors and handling tax returns
- Overseeing daily cash management and funding for two entities.
- Lead ad hoc projects and improvement initiatives
- Comply with external statutory reporting requirements
- SOX Compliance
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Part-Qualified Accountant: 1-2 years’ robust experience in Financial Planning & Costing in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
- Self-starter with a hands up mentality
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in financial ERP systems, preferably SAP.
