Part-Qualified Finance Analyst

Our client, a leading Irish business is seeking a Associate Financial Analyst to join their US Finance team based in Ireland.

This individual will report to the US Finance Manager and will support and assist with diverse financial tasks for the US team, including reporting, audits, planning, and value-driven initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in producing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly income statements and balance sheets.
• Analysing financial data to identify business performance drivers and supporting issue resolution through continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to process financial transactions and conduct necessary account reconciliations.
• Contributing to budget preparation, financial forecasting, and reporting on variances.
• Participating in the audit process and assisting in senior management reporting and presentation creation.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance with strong academic performance, preferably with 1-2 years of finance department experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• A dynamic individual adaptable to change and thriving in a fast-growing organization.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work at an efficient pace.
• Strong drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to building a career in the finance field.
• Positive, solution-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all organisational levels.
