Barden is delighted to be partnering with a growing Irish transport business to identify a Part-time Payroll Administrator to join their finance function on a permanent basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Carrying out cash reconciliations and ensuring records are up to date.
- Preparing regular cash flow and reconciliation reports.
- Communicating with management to flag and resolve any discrepancies.
- Supporting senior payroll staff in the preparation and processing of payroll.
- Handling employee pay and personal information.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate and timely payroll and cash data to support data integrity.
- Responding promptly to employee queries related to payroll matters.
- Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll and cash processes.
- Providing support on various ad hoc projects, including employee communications and follow-ups.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- IPASS qualification desirable.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle Irish payroll in a large-scale organisation.
- Experience using payroll software such as Megapay (preferred), Micropay, Sage, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated experience handling complex, high-volume payrolls with frequent updates and changes.
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
