Here in Barden, we are delighted to be exclusively working with a leading Accounting and Advisory firm here in Cork City who have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join their team.
This a primarily onsite role that is open to either 5 or 4 days per week for the right person in an environment with a fantastic culture.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage multiple payrolls, including monthly, weekly, and fortnightly.
- Collect and process timely payroll information from clients.
- Calculate employee pay, taxes, and deductions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submissions.
- Apply knowledge of payroll policies and regulations.
- Address client queries promptly and accurately.
- Continuously improve payroll processes and efficiencies.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Thesaurus, and any other payroll software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numeracy and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
