Are you an accomplished Business Process Transformation specialist seeking an exciting position with a prominent asset management firm in Dublin? Barden is excited to be entrusted with the task of identifying the ideal candidate to fulfil a pivotal role in a significant Business Transformation Project.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client is at the forefront of the investment industry, driving innovation and excellence. As they embark on a transformative journey in their finance and operations function. My client is seeking a talented Project Manager to contribute to our success. This person will report directly to the Director of Finance Transformation.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes, introducing automation or robotics where feasible.
  • Design and implement processes to optimize financial operations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Evaluate and recommend technological solutions to enhance financial systems, actively participating in data analysis, reporting, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that project deliverables align with business objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Operational Management Team to shape future Finance and Operations processes in alignment with the Transformation Vision.

ABOUT THE PERSON

  • Proven process improvement experience in front-to-back business processes across multiple teams.
  • Previous experience in asset management is essential.
  • Skilfully map out processes for Finance and/or Operation Processes.
  • Navigate Office365 like a pro, leveraging SharePoint, PowerBI and Power Automate.
