My client is a successful, growing company with brand new offices in Cork. Due to growth and ongoing success, they are looking for an Office Administrator/ Receptionist to ensure the smooth running of the busy office.

This role will be a key permanent role supporting the Administration function and working with a friendly team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Office Administration Duties:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Signing in Guests
Emails, typing, filing, handling post
Maintain and update logs for phone, mail, supplies, deliveries etc
Deal with incoming calls to the office
Follow up & Liaise with suppliers
Ensure compliance
Ensure adherence to controls
Document control
