Barden is excited to partner with a leading organisation in their search for a SAP eHana Test Manager to contribute to vital projects over the next 6 months.
This marks phase 2 of the organization’s SAP implementation, and we seek a proactive individual with a keen attention to detail who will see projects through to completion.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Train testers on ALM.
- Continuously monitor project status with team members and report to international leadership teams.
- Coordinate large-scale testing involving over 100 testers and over 9000 test scripts.
- Manage MF ALM, including requirements load, test plan development, test lab setup, and establishing requirements-to-test traceability.
- Oversee test and defect management, including monitoring testing progress, triaging defects, generating test/defect metrics, and creating status dashboards.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Solid experience in managing testing for large-scale SAP implementations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HP ALM (Defect Management, Test Lab, and Test Execution).
- Ability to generate ALM status reports and reporting dashboards.
- Define and track readiness for a Test Cycle through established entry criteria.
- Define and track Test Cycle execution through established exit criteria.
- Develop strategies for timely defect resolution and instill behaviors for clear action plans throughout the defect lifecycle.
This team typically works at the Cork office up to 3 days a week, though flexible arrangements can be discussed for those residing outside Munster. Competitive rates are available for the right person.
