ABOUT THE ROLE
- Monthly Financial reporting including variance analysis against Budget & Forecast, to provide actionable insights and enhance business performance.
- Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance function.
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting process.
- Ensure robust balance sheet and working capital management.
- Oversee statutory reporting and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
- Undertake ad hoc duties and projects to support the evolving needs of the business.

- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Solution-driven with a proactive approach to driving progress.
- Strong attention to detail and with an analytical mindset.
- Naturally curious with a focus on creating efficiencies.
