Our client, an established, successful, and forward-thinking Construction Company, is searching for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role across all areas of the Finance Department.
This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including financial reporting, compliance, projects and continuous improvement work. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, energetic, possess strong analytical skills, and excel at building relationships across the organization.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Prepare accurate financial reports and monthly management accounts.
- Ensure the timely preparation and submission of various taxation and statutory returns.
- Collaborate with development teams, monitoring progress and profitability of projects.
- Maintain a strong control environment in a scaling business.
- Oversee accounts payable, collaborating with other departments for effective cost management.
- Provide ad hoc reporting on other group entities.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Effective multitasking ability and the initiative to work independently or as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and excellent attention to detail.
