The successful person will provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure alignment and implementation of company policies and initiatives.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, with a strong focus on employee relations, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and effective HR management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, handling multiple priorities effectively.
