A senior tax manager opportunity has arisen within an international construction group, based in Dublin.
Reporting to the finance director, you will oversee and manage the day to day tax matters of the group including managing a small team of tax professionals. Working with external advisors on managing the compliance aspects will allow the person get involved in more strategic tax planning matters.

About the position
- Managing day-to-day tax matters of the group
- Project managing the corporation tax returns in partnership with advisors whilst ensuring all compliance and reporting matters are completed in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Planning and overseeing the execution of strategic tax planning including the development of the future strategy and overall growth plans for the company.
- Developing strong cross functional relationships throughout the business with responsibility over the design and implementation of group tax strategy.
About the person
- Post qualified corporation tax experience ideally at senior manager/early director level from a practice or industry
- Completed Big 4/Top 10 practice professional tax training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong people management skills
