Barden are delighted to have been asked to act exclusively on behalf of of an Irish HQ, P/E backed Tech company to support the appointment of an experienced commercial finance business professional to lead one of the divisions within the commercial finance workstream .

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead out the transformation of the commercial finance work-stream.
- Provide strong financial leadership to the business, continually building trust and integrity through the provision of timely, accurate and insightful information.
- Manage commercial and pricing models to improve profitability and performance analysis across the sales teams.
- Management of all monthly forecasting, and annual budget reporting deliverables.
- Demonstrate sound commercial judgement and decisive decision-making.
- Interpret the data and communicate clearly to non-finance colleagues.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Accounting qualification with a minimum of 5-8 years post-qualified experience.
- Previous commercial finance experience in the Tech environment is essential with a proven track record in a similar role.
- High level of drive and self-motivation
- Strong commercial acumen, able to articulate the numbers to non finance people.
- Have strong IT and project management skills.
