Barden is working with an international law firm well established in Dublin and looking to hire across different departments. The firm has a particularly strong reputation in the financial sector, with an excellent client base in the financial services, aircraft leasing, investment management and asset management, funds, SPV’s, etc.
The organisation is open to flexible working arrangements in relation to working from home, flexi-hours, part-time, etc.
The firm is known for allowing for faster career progression than usual, with a very non-hierarchical environment and great access to Partners.
OPEN ROLES
- Corporate (x2): Associate NQ to 2 years’ PQE (open to Solicitors looking to move from other areas of specialisation into Corporate); and Senior Associate or Of Counsel (4+ years’ PQE)
- Finance & Capital Markets – ideally 2-4 years’ PQE
- Investment Funds (including ESG matters) – Knowledge Lawyer role part-time (3 days per week), flexible on PQE but some experience in funds is expected
The firm is keen to hear from Irish or UK qualified Solicitors with experience in the above areas gained in mid to large law firms. They welcome exploratory and informal conversations with potential candidates who might be interested in hearing more about the opportunity.
