An opportunity to join a leading Tax Software business as Tax L&D Consultant.
With an existing large client base across Ireland and the UK, this business has created market leading software to support the preparation and filing of corporation tax and VAT returns for a range of FTSE100 business. As well as supporting an array of additional global tax compliance and reporting requirements.
As Tax L&D Consultant, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with new customers across a varied client base while supporting existing customers through the migration of the software to a cloud computing platform.
You will improve and manage customer training programs, assess business training needs, and deliver in-person and online training sessions.
Ideally this will suit a tax professional with at least 5 years’ experience in a tax role.
This role is based in the UK – office is London based but there is an opportunity to work remotely in the UK with an expectation to travel to client site as needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience i.e. Customer Success, Sales, and Product.
- Oversee and update training materials; conduct in-person and online sessions.
- Implement and track training KPIs, stay updated on industry trends.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- At least five years’ experience, ideally in professional services.
- A Qualified Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor desirable.
- A corporate tax background advantageous.
- Strong systems experience, and an enthusiasm for optimising efficiencies.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
