Barden is acting on behalf of one of world’s largest online retailer and marketplace to support the appointment of a Technical Project Manager. This is an FTC role beginning at 6 months with the potential to extend to 11 months. The role is Dublin based with 5 days onsite.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of projects and programs within the networking and data center space. From setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities to monitoring progress and preparing reports for upper management, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives forward.

- Ability to set deadlines and ensure projects stay on track
- Utilize your expertise around networking and data centres to support the delivery of projects in this area
- Work with data centre providers to complete project requirements within deadlines
- Ensure data centre builds are complete to the highest level of standards
- Work on multiple projects at one given time – showcasing capabilities to prioritise workload
- Work with other technical project managers to complete both ongoing and new projects
- Take responsibility for the tracking and co-ordination of equipment required for successful builds
- Organise project timelines and budgets – ensuring all projects to be feasible and meeting the needs of the business
- Oversee and support on go-live for projects at completion stages
ABOUT THE PERSON
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role – technical or infrastructure project management
- Key experience of working in the networking domain – additional exposure to data centres would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent co-ordination skills in relation to project scope, forecasts and actions
