Our client, who is a FTSE100 and NYSE-listed Company, is looking for a number of SOX professionals to join their Internal Controls team in Dublin. They have a variety of opportunities available across different levels as follow including:
- SOX IT Audit Manager
- SOX IT Senior Auditor
The business has gone through an exciting period of change and our Client is looking to attract top talent to their Group Function to take on these critical roles in an evolving team.
What does the role involve?
- The roles will sit within the Internal Controls teams which falls under the Group Function.
- It forms a key part of the governance framework and a fundamental component of the “second line of defence” for the business.
- It will have remit across Group and also the divisions / companies with responsibility for roll out of the SOX workstream.
- The role requires an individual to support the Director of Internal Controls in ensuring that the IT control environment meet SOX standards and support the recent US stock listing.
- It will afford the opportunity to work with internal controls colleagues, InfoSec and Heads of Technology, to improve internal control environment.
- The role may require a small amount of travel, up to a maximum of 10%.
