Cole Carroll | Head of Organisation Development | Barden Leinster
Cole Carroll is Head of Organisation Development in Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Leinster.
Cole leads the firm’s strategy for long-term growth by shaping and delivering Barden’s internal development agenda, ensuring the business is positioned to meet its ambitious external growth plans. In parallel, Cole partners with Barden’s core clients on strategically or commercially significant appointments. These engagements typically involve senior, business-critical roles, often at pivotal inflexion points. Cole and the Barden team operate as embedded partners, building long-term relationships and guiding clients through high-impact appointment decisions.
Cole’s remit also includes leading a team of talent advisors who support clients across Dublin and the wider Leinster region. This team focuses on appointments in HR, business support, and broader organisational functions.
Cole holds a BA in Sports Management and an Executive MBA from Trinity College Dublin (2025). Prior to her career in organisational development and talent strategy, she played senior rugby for Leinster and Connacht. Cole is now focused on integrating the discipline, resilience, and culture of her sporting career with her academic and professional experience, creating meaningful impact for Barden and the clients she partners with.

Jodie Meehan | Senior Associate | Business Support | Barden Leinster
Jodie Meehan is a Senior Associate in the Business Support practice of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Leinster.
After completing a BSc in Political Science and Government at UCC, Jodie commenced her professional career as a trainee legal costs accountant before joining Barden in November 2023. Jodie was promoted to Senior Associate in January 2026, highlighting her commitment to being a trusted advisor in her field. In her role, Jodie partners with clients on critical appointments across HR, business support, and other strategically important roles.

Sarah Griffin | Senior Associate | Part Qualified Accountants & Business Support | Barden Leinster
Sarah Griffin is a Senior Associate in the Part Qualified Accountants & Business Support practice of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Leinster.
After completing a degree in Accounting at NUIG, Sarah began her career in audit with Deloitte before transitioning into a part-qualified accounting role within a large Irish business. Drawn by a desire to move into a more people-centric career, Sarah joined the Barden Leinster team in July 2021, where she spent two years supporting professionals across the operational finance market.
In 2023, Sarah relocated to Sydney and spent two years at a recruitment firm as a Talent Manager in the accounting and finance practice. She returned to Ireland in May 2026 and rejoined the Barden Leinster team. In her role, Sarah draws on her combined experience in finance and talent advisory to provide meaningful guidance to the professionals and clients she works with, focusing on long-term relationships and career advice.
