Financial Business Analyst
Barden are delighted to partner with a global business to help identify a Financial Business Analyst reporting to the Revenue Accounting Manager in Dublin.
The role is responsible for evaluating and translating changes related to customer, payment and revenue accounting and ensuring their communication to key stakeholders.

About the Role:
- Evaluates and translates customer, payment, and revenue accounting changes to stakeholders.
- Key enabler of change to support the business in developing offerings and challenging status quo.
- Leads and manages assigned projects and goals.
- Builds relationships with key internal stakeholder groups.
- Manages internal communication and understanding impacts and risks on projects.
- Works as liaison between Revenue, Customer and Technology SMEs.
- Leads improvement efforts across commercial processes.
- Serves as escalation point for active projects.
- Ensures all products released have measurable metrics and updated compliance with financial controls framework.
About the Person:
- Experience in working with delivery teams and providing guidance.
- Commercially minded with the ability to understand business change, gather requirements and prioritize testing.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and general proficiency in IT systems.
- Strong facilitation and consultative skills.
- Strong technical experience in implementing change requests and managing reference data.
