ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead and develop a high-performing, dispersed HR operations team, fostering a collaborative and resilient culture.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver aligned operational and strategic people initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and data protection requirements, maintaining robust and audit-ready HR processes.
- Oversee HR systems, data integrity, and payroll accuracy, ensuring consistent and efficient operations.
- Drive process improvement and standardisation, using data insights to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Support and optimise digital HR tools and systems to enable scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle and provide guidance on employee relations, promoting a responsive and high-quality HR service.
