ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, offering practical support and guidance across a range of people-related matters.
- Support the delivery of a high-performance culture, contributing to key processes such as performance reviews, talent planning, and employee development.
- Handle employee relations matters with care and professionalism, working closely with specialist teams to ensure fair and compliant outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience, while supporting wider people initiatives and projects.
- Use data and insight, alongside an understanding of the business, to spot trends, guide decisions, and enhance overall team effectiveness.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Proven HRBP or senior HR generalist experience.
- Strong background in performance management and employee relations.
- Confident working directly with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Solid understanding of Irish employment legislation.
- Able to hit the ground running in a lean, dynamic environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced or scaling organisation is advantageous.
