Office/ Accounts Manager

Barden are delighted to be assisting our client, an international company and a market leader in their field in recruiting an Office/Account Manager for their brand new office in Little Island, Cork. As the Office/Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and management of our new office. You will be responsible for overseeing both office operations and working closely with the Accounts team , ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management:

  • Set up and organize the new office space, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including facility maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks to optimize workflow and efficiency.

• Accounts Management:

  • Manage financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable

• Culturewise:

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office and accounts administrative roles
• Strong Accounts Receivable / Communication skills 
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing and motivating a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
