As the Office/Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and management of our new office. You will be responsible for overseeing both office operations and working closely with the Accounts team , ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:
- Set up and organize the new office space, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facility maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Accounts Management:
- Manage financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office and accounts administrative roles
- Strong Accounts Receivable / Communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing and motivating a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
