ROLE: Technical Implementation Lead
LOCATION: Cork, Hybrid
Our Client is looking for an experienced Implementation Lead, with a proven track record in SaaS implementation in addition to project management and stakeholder management skills. This role involves leading implementation projects from initiation to post go live phase while ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with overall project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end software implementations from kick‑off through go‑live and post‑implementation support.
- Configure, customise, test and troubleshoot the platform to meet client and project requirements.
- Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, progress updates and feedback.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables and risks to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product and commercial teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Deliver client training and support adoption of the solution.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience delivering software / SaaS implementations, ideally within data or analytics platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technical teams.
- Comfortable owning delivery, timelines and problem‑solving in a client‑facing role.
- Solid understanding of structured project delivery approaches.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with a proactive, client‑focused mindset.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
