Barden are delighted to be working with a large international accounting firm who are developing their Consulting offering to clients in Limerick.
This team which has grown significantly over the last number of months is now recruiting a Consultant who will get involved in a variety of projects and assist with project managing assignments such as process improvements, strategic planning, organisation review and change management.
This role will be varied and the Consultant will be responsible for providing new insights and solutions to clients across a range of industries.
The Consultant will evaluate business structures and provide solutions to improve efficiencies, they will assess organisations long terms plans and implement strategic change. They will preform cost benefit analysis and economic impact assessments and provide recommendations to clients.
The Consultant will work closely with other team members to ensure high standards provided to clients.
About the person:
- Prior consulting experience in a professional services organisation
- Approx. 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Change management / project management experience would be advantageous but also candidates with backgrounds in Accounting, HR, Supply Chain will be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be important
