ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are delighted to be supporting our client exclusively with the appointment of a hands-on Data Analyst position, that will be located in our clients central Dublin office. The role sits within our clients Shared Services Team. The Shared Services Team makes up just one element of the Finance Department that supports European operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role will provide opportunities for the successful candidate to grow and develop within a large Finance Function.
The individual will work alongside the existing Real Estate Investment Management Systems team, testing new functionalities, contributing to business transformation initiatives, and supporting users of the database (accounting & operational data). In addition, this person will be responsible for managing the ESG platform / database (ESG data), working closely with Property Managers, global ESG team and supporting systems users.
The responsibilities of this role are varied but will primarily focus on:
- Support the day-to-day users of the Real Estate Investment Management system & ESG platforms.
- Support varied project initiatives across all parts of the business.
- Implement data collection frameworks for the gathering of energy data.
- Manage ESG database, optimize efficiency & quality of data.
- Contribute to the design and presentation of data and work with relevant teams/users to interpret and make correlations between different data points.
- Work closely with the Systems Project Manager on the implementation of ESG platform.

ABOUT THE PERSON:
Key skill requirements:
- 2 to 5 years data analyst experience within a similar financial services environment
- May also suit someone operating within a Data analyst role in Consulting (Big 4 or equivalent), with some aspects of ESG included in their role.
- Minimum education requirements: Degree level.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong systems orientation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills, demonstrates attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Passion for data and leveraging it to optimize the business.
