Barden is working with a highly successful Irish tech company, who are looking for an Finance Assistant to join their growing Finance team.
This person will join a small team of finance professionals based in their Dublin HQ with a hybrid model in place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Oversee accounts payable process.
- Responsible for monthly payment runs.
- Month-end close process.
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Bank and creditor reconciliations.
- Oversee aged debtors.
- VAT returns.
- Working closely with finance to implement new processes while maintaining and improving current processes, systems, and procedures.
- Proving assistance for audit processes.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Strong understanding and experience of accounts payable controls and processes.
- Varied accounting experience.
- Previous involvement in process improvements and systems upgrades.
- Strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills required.
