In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing sales administration, inventory management, and procurement processes and you will make a meaningful impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage sales enquiries and quotes, liaising with suppliers and coordinating with the Production team.
- Transition sales quotes into orders, assess stock levels, and generate purchase orders as needed.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, track inventory records, and manage part revision history.
- Issue purchase orders to selected suppliers, monitor order statuses, and verify supplier invoices.
- Source materials and services essential for production, evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Previous experience in office administration, preferably in Sales, Purchasing, or Production.
- Strong organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in office software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
