Barden are delighted to partner with a dynamic and progressive accounting firm to help identify a Tax Technician.

A great opportunity for a junior tax professional who is gain wider tax exposure across a variety of tax heads – corporation tax, personal taxes, VAT and payroll.

In this compliance driven role you will work closely with the wider tax team, ensuring adherence to strict compliance and reporting deadlines.

Hybrid working arrangements with an expectation to be in the Dublin 2 office three days per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the preparation of corporate and personal tax returns.
Process payroll returns.
Prepare VAT returns.
Support the resolution of client queries.

ABOUT THE PERSON

Tax and/or Accounting Technician Qualification.
At least one year of experience in a tax or accounting role.
Experience using Excel.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
