Barden is delighted to have been asked by the Head of FP&A in a Global Enterprise Transformation Partner to identify a Finance Transformation Project Manager. This Project Manager will be the driving force behind optimizing internal finance processes and systems. This individual will operate autonomously, taking the lead in shaping the Finance transformation roadmap, initially for the FP&A Pillar, with a vision to expand its influence across the entire finance function over time.

About the Role:
- The Finance Transformation Project Manager will lead efforts to streamline financial processes, identifying and eliminating inefficiencies for improved operations.
- They will spearhead the optimization of finance functions beyond boundaries, this role drives efficiency across teams.
- As part of the team, they will strategically assess and enhance system integrations, ensuring seamless collaboration between platforms.
- Playing a pivotal role in the transformation journey, they will craft multi-year plans, automate key processes like revenue reconciliations, and propel us into a more efficient future.
About the Person:
You should bring a demonstrable experience in process optimization, system integration, and strategic vision, primarily within finance-related transformations. This includes hands-on experience in automating processes, adept project management skills for effective execution, and a knack for engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment. Your strong analytical skills will be essential for critical thinking, requirements gathering, and ultimately ensuring the success of our projects.
