ABOUT THE COMPANY
Barden has been engaged by an progressive legal tech startup to assist with identifying a Head of Legal Operations to join its team based in Cork or Kerry, with remote and hybrid working available too.
*Part and full time positions available, with strong flexibility.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Recruit, onboard and build team of conveyancing solicitors.
- Work with the business to refine processes and workflows.
- Advise the business and liaise with external stakeholders in respect of commercial matters.
- Oversee title reviews for key clients.
- Work with technology team to improve, automate and streamline workflows.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
To succeed, you will need to:
- Be fully qualified as a solicitor.
- Have experience in residential conveyancing.
- Have strong commercial acumen and experience working with commercial clients.
- Tech savvy and interested in being part of a start-up.
- Have leadership experience.
- Hold a practising cert or be capable of renewing same.
- Be proficient in the use of technology including Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams.
