Barden IT are delighted to be supporting a Global Software organisation in their search for an IT Analyst to join their team in Dublin City Centre.
The successful person will be joining a supportive team of 7 and will benefit from working alongside Senior IT professionals.
The role requires a person who is efficient, organised in their work and communicates well with the team.
This role is initially a six-month temporary position with a possibility of extension.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage multiple IT Support responsibilities and projects.
- These responsibilities will be focused on shipping & receiving, logistics, and ticketing tasks.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Experience with Support Ticketing Systems and CRM tools.
- Hands on experience in both Mac and Windows imaging.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
