Barden is working with a top 20 mid-sized law firm in Dublin looking to hire a Legal Executive into the Banking & Finance team.
The successful candidate will actively contribute to the department’s development and success and will work on matters such as lending, restructuring, property and project finance, security due-diligence and refinancing. The role day-to-day will involve the preparation of loan, security and other transaction documents, dealing with transaction completion matters to include registrations and filings, engagement with clients and colleagues, and other transaction/file administration tasks.
The successful individual will have 1+ years’ experience working on a legal role dealing with property lending and banking matters.
