As Operations Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to steer this growth, transforming existing operations while maintaining current standards of excellence.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure timely and cost-effective product manufacturing.
  • Set and monitor performance targets, taking corrective action when necessary to maintain or improve performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to multiple teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
  • Champion safety and quality standards, promoting a culture of adherence and accountability across the organization.
  • Select, develop, and mentor talent within the organization, supporting their growth and contributing to a high trust work environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, participating in strategic forums and project managing complex improvement programs from idea to execution phase.

Manufacturing Experience: Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably at the production management level, within a team-based manufacturing environment.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in science or mechanical/production engineering or equivalent is essential for this role.
