Barden is working with a very reputable and mission driven healthcare group in Ireland looking to hire a privacy compliance specialist to work closely with the Chief Data Protection & Compliance Officer.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will focus on the delivery of the wider compliance program, focusing primarily on data protection matters and activities. The day-to-day will include maintaining, developing and implementing, as well as training staff on, compliance policies and procedures such as those relating to the Code of Conduct, internal reporting process, the compliance audit programme, etc. On the data protection side, the successful candidate will monitor and assist on compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations, assist on DPIAs, data breaches, RoPAs, etc.
ABOUT THE PERSON
You will have at least 1 year of experience in a role focused on privacy compliance and advising/implementing data protection legislation. You will also ideally have a qualification in Data Protection or Compliance and be comfortable working in a small team environment.
