Are you an experienced Project Management Professional with a proven track record in Supply Chain Management and Product Lifecycle Management? The Private Label Business Development team in this organisation are in an exciting phase of growth, and they are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Product Lifecycle team and processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Develop and execute product launch strategies and processes.
- Establish key metrics and milestones for tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance launch efficiency.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams including Business Development, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Manage communications and escalations related to product launches.
- Lead or participate in strategic projects as needed.
- Mentor and develop team members to optimize performance.
- Create and manage project documentation and reporting.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Relevant degree
- At least 4-5 years of experience in product lifecycle management and/or project management
- In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle and supply chain management tools.
- Understanding of regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Six Sigma and PMP certifications are advantageous.
